The Wrexham AFC - In Administration
THE creditors and shareholders of Wrexham Football Club voted unanimously in favour of proposals to pay the club's creditors approximately 28 pence in the £ at the meetings held on 30 May 2006.
The proposals detail a disposal of the club to a consortium for a sum in the region of £3.325 million.
The Joint Administrators, David Acland and Steven Williams of Begbies Traynor advised that subject to the agreement of the Football League to extend the deadline of 18 months in respect of the Administration they hoped that the disposal would be completed by the end of June/early July 2006.
