Macmillan CancerTHE club has received the following letter from the Buckley & District Reds:

"We can now confirm that the grand sum of £490.00 was raised for the Macmillan Cancer Support charity following a collection at the recent Wales v New Zealand game.

"Our thanks to everyone who gave up their time to shake a bucket and also to those who threw some coins into the buckets, and finally thanks to everyone at the club for their help on the day, including the stewards."

There are three times as many people in Britain living with cancer than there were 30 years ago. In fact, over a million people have had a cancer diagnosis, and one in three of us will be diagnosed at some point in our lives.
