Match Preview - Peterborough United
WREXHAM hope to extend their six-match unbeaten run when they face Darren Ferguson's Peterborough United on Tuesday evening (7.45pm).
The Dragons have not tasted defeat since the 1-0 loss to Grimsby Town in early-January, but still find themselves six points from safety at the bottom of League Two.
Peterborough United are next up for Brian Little's men, the second match in a triple-header of home games with Mansfield Town visiting the Racecourse this Saturday.
Posh have won six out of their last seven games in the league, a run which has seen them rise to 4th place, four points behind leaders MK Dons, but with a game in hand.
On Saturday, Posh faced another of League Two's struggling sides, Macclesfield Town. Darren Ferguson's side took control of the game soon after the break, George Boyd putting them ahead, before goals from Chris Whelpdale and Aaron McLean made the result safe.
Forward McLean's strike takes him one clear of Chesterfield's Jack Lester in the battle to be League Two's top scorer. The former Grays Athletic player has found the net 23 times in the league so far, 27 in all competitions.
Wrexham need to start turning draws into victories in order to find their way out of the League Two relegation zone. A point against in-form Grimsby Town helped to close the gap on Mansfield Town, but it could have three points instead of one had Michael Proctor's shot found the net late on.
Robert Duffy is likely to get his first start for the Dragons with Drewe Broughton returning to MK Dons after the completion of a one-month loan spell. Neil Roberts is likely to be absent once again with his ankle problem.
